Thank you for the tutorial. I’ve had these for a while and I have no idea at what point I used them for or bought them for, but I have them. I decided to look up a video for them and yours turned up. Thank you, now I feel better using them. I love blocks and rulers that have the doggy ears snipped up, the blocks are so easy to match up then, they’re perfect each and every time. Loved your demo. :)

Does the block need to be trimmed squared up after sewing?

I am way too new at this to attempt that but I will try to make a paper pattern and see if I can come up with something interesting…..

I have a question, can you make placemats with black strips in between? This is what I would like to do but I am a new quilter and not sure of myself….thank you!😊

Absolutely! Just measure out the size you wish your placemats to be and then cut your strips accordingly.
