I don't think so. I think the shooter took 3 aimed shots, then when the panic started the shooter shot another 3 or 4 shots quickly. A few seconds later you hear another 2 shots. I think those last 2 shots were at the shooter when they got him. I think after the shooter shot the 1st 3, he just went into spray and pray mode.

They would have had to have been in the next room over, on the roof with him, or watching the shooter move around from a higher vantage.. I think it was the final shot. one shot that took him out either a sniper realized what was happening or somebody rushed to the shots and doomed him. Uh you want them to say that. If each officer has different plans on what to do rather than all having one plan then hell lets loose. Those few seconds to plan a quick escape can save lives.
At the end of the day while there are plans and contingencies in place the secret services primary objective is to project the president/person of interest. They move on his command. So most likely they're asking Trump himself. They already know what to do. They formed the human shield and waited on his signal to move. As they should.

Politics aside, that’s really is some real shit. To pick out the shooter in a crowd and neutralize them so quickly and, I assume, without harming bystanders is seriously impressive. I know they train for this stuff, but how often do they actually get in a real deal situation, ya know?

MENTAL HEALTH AND BULLYING - My brother was handicapped and bullied every day in school. I lived with him and witnessed what it did to him. He had a heart condition on top of looking different. He was a straight A student. He was a kind soul and I always gave him support at home. It changed my life, and I know that adults and children can be vicious from being bullied. Everything that happened here in this historical day is about “bullying.” Kids are not born vicious, they are taught through their home life sometimes, parents, their environment, bullies at school, and teachers that do nothing about it. Our schools need to change - BULLIES NEED TO BE EXPELLED FROM SCHOOLS. This is a "mental health issue" in our schools. I went back to college for a second time for literature. I am writing a novel about how kids should treat each other, and their environment. I hope I can make a difference - even if it is a small difference!
