Habitual criminals and families who's business is hurting other people should get the appropriate punishment. A party that was actually about "Law & Order" would not only understand, but also INSIST on it. I'd prefer to see true rehabilitation, but this is what we have and it MUST be applied evenly along the power/wealth hierarchy or it is completely meaningless platitudes, and yes, that includes those in the highest Office. Obviously minors need special consideration and if they are not involved in their crime family's business at all then they should be exonerated, and probably counciled.

One of the big problems of the case is that there are so many liable but unindicted co-conspirators, too many to process, really, including those still profiting from Trump's scam through donations to them by the cult. Trump already said he's turning down any plea deals. Had one been offered? We don't know. Will one be offered now? I don't think so. I also predict that Trump gets himself in more and more trouble with the judge until a gag of some kind is imposed on him. His sons are likewise damaging their own futures by defending him, unlike saavier daughter who took the money and ran.
