The only part of riding in the streets is going top speed at times which can be a lot of fun but safety is always first with us.

Everyone has a right to their opinion and I respect yours but I have no complaints with the weight or the speed , I’ve also owned the Kawasaki 636 R racer 0-100 mph in 6 Sec so if i wanted real speed , I would by another Motorcycle not trying to make a 35 mph E-Bike go faster . Outlaw all e-bikes on city and state bike paths! They were never intended to have e-bikes zipping around at 30+ mph. What's wrong with just pedaling a bike with human power?

Hello and thanks for your comment I have traveled over 60% of California bike Paths and I can honestly say 95% of e-bike riders obey the speed limits . Now those teenagers who’s riding those e-bikes that goes well over 40 mph that the parents buy them are the ones who makes it look bad for people like myself and other bikers who obeys the laws of the bike path. And I can also add that regular group cyclist who ride on the bike path sometimes average over 25 mph peddling , they often pass us up because we’re going way too slow. E-Bikes are here to stay just like the electric car. This is the future. We just all have to adjust and ride together.
