"Rapper and reality star Sandra “Pepa” Denton claims she was wrongfully removed from a Southwest Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Nashville before takeoff.
The star claims she was accused of filming the crew and passengers and making people feel unsafe, but she says that did not happen.
On July 15, Denton posted a video on Instagram showing her waiting for assistance after being removed from the plane. While waiting for assistance that never came, she explained to her fans that she was removed after the flight attendants erroneously claimed she was recording them. She insists she was actually on a FaceTime call with her assistant discussing her dissatisfaction with how she was being treated."

@@KrisIsHere4040 what she failed to do in purchasing the two tickets as individual seats was she should have put in the medical she needed to have what is called a medical release from her doctor so her seat would have been coated for medical necessity that's what she was lacking listen to be learned people if you're buying two seats for your leg for your back you must get a letter from your doctor and submit it medical necessity if she had that medical necessity letter on her they wouldn't be able to do that end of story

You do not need anything visible in order to be disabled. Her tickets were labeled as disabled so that should have been enough.

In order to claim any rights in the disability act as a lawyer I'm telling you cuz you don't know the law and none of you black people here know the law so I have to tell you if she's going to claim the disability as she has to demonstrate a medical disability which means she should have purchased the tickets as Medical Transport that was her assistant's job she was game in the system she didn't want anybody sitting next to her so I'm going to carry this thing and do like that even if she had an injury that's what should have happened we do it all the time when we have witnesses coming in from out of town who need Wheelchairs and we purchase medical necessity passes and that means you can get up to three you can get a whole row if you have a wheelchair people stop claiming racism for everything crying wolf for nothing I'm sick of it

And for the 9 millionth time this year someone misquotes the law. There is PUBLIC SPACE and there is PUBLIC ACCOMODATION (on private property). You don't have an inherent right to record on planes. You know how you know? Because they wouldn't be able to tell you shut your phone off for "safety reasons", what parts of the plane you're allowed to film, and prevent you from recording private data that is a security concern. Recording on private property is a privilege not a right. Southwest Airlines and all airlines have specific photography and recording policies limiting passengers to personal events only. If they want, they can kick you out for filming other passengers or staff (mostly because you're being annoying usually). You can say "It's my right" all you want but you'll be walking home and probably trespassed for it.

Lawsuit, lawsuit, lawsuit. They are NOT medical physicians. A flight attendant can not dictate to a passenger what assistive technology or devices a passenger must have. Neither should a flight attendant require a passenger to "prove" their disability. These demands are in violation of both privacy and disability laws. The passenger had already declared her disability status before boarding. A person does NOT have to receive disability benefits to be disabled! Lawsuit! ✌🏽✊🏾

You clearly don't work for the Airlines and you don't know anything about the transport laws what she her assistant to ever booked the ticket should have done was to book for medical transport should have gotten one ticket at the desk and that ticket would have covered for the two seats that she needed for the medical transport that's what it's called it's a different code altogether you are either able-bodied passenger or your medical transport or you're in custody in custody that's the ones that are traveling to another prison or whatever so those are the rules she didn't book the tickets right she bought two individual tickets okay one of those tickets were for an empty seat the empty seat was refunded because they had an overbooking and that was it she had no argument in this no lawsuit and there's no Disability Act that she can claim and as a lawyer I'm telling you it's not it you're going down the wrong path if you want a double seat next to you you go to your doctor you get a medical necessity when you book the flight you are the uploaded or you can bring it in to the desk and she should have had her brace on you have to prove medical necessity why are you people so unruly

I am pretty sure as a celebrity she was not recording. This airline thinks they can keep being unprofessional. Some of these people can retain attorneys and sue big time.
