haha I took up swimmimg when my knees were in pain. But in my case the knees were in pain because of too much legs muscle tension so I started doing proper stretching and warm up and foam rolling massages. Way better now, went from playing doubles with knee pain to playing 2hrs single rallying with almost no pain
