The purpose of making this video was to show new and modern apartments for someone with a $1200 budget. Please remember that once utilities are added the prices could go over $1200. I did not list any prices because prices are subject to change daily. I have noticed that due to Covid -19 a lot of communities are running really good specials. The apartments shown all have specials that are offering up to 6-8 weeks free. All of these apartments were built within the last 6 years.I will be doing a part 2 that for apartments that are outside of the Dallas County area that are affordable.

This was an awesome video!!! This helps people from everywhere. Great job 👍😊 Also can you advise which towns that are maybe right out side of the central city but close enough (20 mins max for a family) I've heard of Southlake and Frisco. I would prefer an area that has a lot to do good schools, food and great for a young family ❤️🙏🏾
