Thank you so much For the proof of address...i stay in a shared apartment and my parents that i want to invite cannot stay there but do j still have to put my tenancy agreement?

It depends. However in your invitation letter, you need to mention wherever they intend to stay eg hotel or relatives. You've done a great job. On a very short note. In my own situation, i got employed for a teaching job about 2months ago which means it's not a wrll paying job, no family yet and no properties nor investment. My Aunt want to invite me for a visit to the UK with full sponsorship from her (finance and accommodation) please how do i go about this. I will be glad if you reply to this. Thank you ma'am

Well, IN MY OPINION, that may greatly impact your chances o. But if that’s your circumstance, provide tangible proof of the little you have, while your aunt plays her part. Since It’s one part of the different factors they consider, you can try your luck. In the end, It’s up to your consular to decide.

For employed please do we have to attach a payslip and bank statement. Can employment letter and leave letter be enough?

Generally bank statement and payslips are important proof of employment and funds. Unless you are able to provide solid reasons you can’t provide them 🤷🏽‍♀️
