I'm not gonna lie... in Endgame when Hawkeye's family got blipped, I teared up a little seeing his reaction Dear Mr.Fantasy is one of my all time favorite songs
A clip did show Kate designing costume ideas for Hawkeye and drew his original Hawkeye costume on a napkin, it even had the H on it and although it's played off as a joke, its still pretty nice to see.
I'm hyped to have Yelana fight Clint because they could have this moment of grief together after fighting and Clint said he tried to Save Nat, Yelana could realize she was manipulated AGAIN. Then have a crossover with the falcon and the winter solider. Im so hyped
Be great to have an archer superhero show with a lead that can actually act and as a character that isn't depicted as depraved or soulless. As evil as he was depicted in Endgame he was never depicted as torturing people to their death just for practice.
@@Gamebent1 No one is truly good or evil one could argue. But Hawkeye chose to be evil in Endgame at that time. And Punisher chooses to do evil every single day.
That's probably true, that she'll play a bigger part than Clint did. Not because she's a more compelling hero (she's a rich kid overachiever that's good at everything), but rather because she's a female and politics will dictate that she be given a bigger role. It's a shame, really, Hawkeye is a great character who anchored two Avengers team, starred in multiple solo books, led a team of (reformed?) villains in Marvel's answer to the suicide squad, the Thunderbolts. Renner always played him too cool and they botched his debut by having him work for Loki, but there is a lot there for the character.
I'm a Haiz fan. Love her acting in true grit and in her recent shows like Arcane, & Dickenson. Can't wait to see how she takes on a heavy Action role. 🥰
clint finally gets a chance to shine with developed story....and it's just in time to get shoved out there door. marvel handled his hawkeye horribly. he was almost a joke without being actually funny like his old school wiseass funny-self.
I like how Looper glossed over the fact that Hailee Steinfeld starred with TWO actors who have played MCU villains, only acknowledging Josh Brolin as Thanos. Jeff Bridges (Rooster Coburn in the "True Grit" remake) was the MCU's FIRST villain in "Iron Man 1"'s Obadiah Stane/Iron Monger ;)
I hope so. While we have to presume that Alexei and Melina are still alive, I'd like to think that Clint will try for 2 for 2 in helping former Black Widows become "better" people and encourage Yelena to take up her fallen sister's mantles...both as an Avenger and as an informal aunt to his kids. Because I'd like to think Yelena would want to ensure her sister's legacies were protected.
So they don't really utilize Hawkeye that much during the MCU and then when he finally gets a chance to shine it's in a 6 episode series where we get to watch another Avenger give their mantle over to someone else. Wow! What an insult to Renner.
What if Contesa nametoolong was really forming Thunderbolts and after Yelena and Clint cleared the misunderstanding, they instead formed Young Avengers? Just a question, don't take seriously.
Kingpin will be played by the same actor in the Netflix Daredevil series. The question will be if they bring over Bullseye from the finale of same series.
@@trippytimesjosh355 Nah....was boring and had so much "subtle" identity politics. I watch movies/series and play games to not think about shit happening in the real world. Movie was alright but definitely should have just focused on being a good super hero movie rather than focusing so much on making sure people know they're diverse/diverse people have problems that need to be shoved in other people's faces.
I think there's too much MCU atm. 2 to 3 movies a year felt a bit much and now they don't feel as special when every month is a new movie or a show and that clearly shows in the effects budgets. Black Widow and Shang-Chi had worse cgi than original Iron Man... not as bad as in Black Panther tho, that was just dreadful.
I hate the fact that Jeremy never got the chance to develop Clint Barton. And when he finally did, it'll probably be his last time as Hawkeye, 'cause marvel wants girl power and feminism shit.
I am not a Hawkeye fan but he already has a daughter he could have trained from the very begginning when she was younger and made into a deadly apprentice unlike the world has ever seen but no they didn't want that so now he's cheating on his whole family and giving up their time to be with this wanna-be hawkeye I'm sorry to say that but if his daughter was the only one left after the snap he would have trained her hsrd and she could have beat this cate kate kait bishop like without hesitation if needed and without a bow and arrow
