Loving the spec!! Should've mentioned the carbon fiber exterior package as well, I feel like that is another must have option since it includes carbon fiber rear diffuser and mirrors, and also a really good value for opting for that package versus buying all the carbon fiber parts aftermarket

I think the carbon exterior is worth it because third party companies are pretty expensive too with the mirrors, carbon air inserts, spoiler and diffuser you’re already at 4700. Ordered mine with it

I would choose M3 xDrive model with metallic paint, laser lights, ventilated seats, shadow line trim deletion and black brake calipers. Portimao Blue or Skyscraper Grey with Tartufo. But need to hit the lotto first 😆

Those buckets are dope looking no doubt, but we had to have ventilation and that is in the "standard" sport seats. I have sat in both and outside of looks there is def more "track ready" feel to the CF seats. Had to pivot last second on my build due to lead time on the exterior and interior colors we originally wanted, but ended up going with Dravit Grey and Full (dash leather) Kyalami Orange interior. Did the exec pack for heated steering , remote start and HUDnd some of the other bits that are in it (not sure if gesture will be as annoying as some of the youtube hand talkers say). Did advanced driving/parking assistance package (it's the year 2022... why not have something that makes retaining your investment and driving in stressful situations that much easier!). Did get the performance package (i wish i wasn't paying for a 2 day driving school when all i want is to go fast-er ... bump top speed from 150 to 180 ish). Build starts this week.. .cant wait. Your videos are a fun way to keep me stoked. Cheers

Got 23 aventurin. I did carbon fiber delete. Got moon roof and no carbon fiber anywhere. Love my CF delete g80! Also Tarfuto leather goes well with the red. Did manual too, on purpose. My kid wanted to learn manual, so we got the manual. All great cars no matter config

Of course the options on this car look better/are must haves…it’s his car! A bit biased…but it did turn out a very handsome car 👍🏼

I wished they had those seats with an M5 logo and adapters for an E60 M5. Mine are clasic 90s style or muscle style modified with active side bolsters. The active side bolsters are cool... just to heavy.

Be careful with the third party carbon fiber. Fortunately, you picked a color that looks suited to the black accents. It ties in the wheels and the grill quite well.

Basically you went over everything except you didn't. I would argue the extra merino leather is better than the carbon bucket seats. In addition, not sure if possible..get a normal seat than those sports/racing seats these for comfort then again if it's not a daily then sports seat is better.

lovely car but you missed one absolutely essential interior option and that’s extended leather. Otherwise the dash top and top of the door cards are 2 series cheap plastic

I like the idea of a buyers guide but for me as bmw fanboy it was all so obvious and it basicly felt like get all options and you will have a great car. How about the key, is there a addet value by the display key. What about the motion sensor? Is it better than in the 5 series because many people deactivate it because it reacts by accident. Things like this which go over what i can read in the konfigurator would be interessting. You dont have to say to me that there is the shadow line or when i add a upgradet parkingsensor i get a upgraded parkingsensor. And about the cf roof. Big point of that is that it not only adds weigth if you delete it, the position of the weight is also really bad. The standart lights look worse but are there less funtional? What makes the upgraded light better than the standart ones than looks? How about a head up display. Is it big, worth it? Like you answered every question i already knew but the ones i didnt knew werent mentioned at all.

4:45 a moonroof is a requirement for me since my very first car was a used bmw 325i that had one and loved it and sadly when i upgraded to different cars i didn't have that option available or costed too much from the factory. also having a full carbon fiber roof doesn't make it unique or rare since every bmw M3/M4 on the road will have it and some with moonroof

3rd party carbon will definitely not be cheaper😂😂😂 The parts will typically be around the same price as the package would have cost, then you either have to pay someone to install them, or you’re spending your time doing it yourself. If you want your car to be different, then yes, it makes sense to go 3rd party

What percent tints are you running?

The gloss black plastic is cheap plastic and scratches easy. It’s not painted, it’s just black plastic. Paint is tougher than the cheap plastic.
