@krayzieridah nixxies ported it over (they did rachet and clank also) so I imagine it will run pretty damn good day one and pretty much flawless within a week or two (for the very few bugs that will likely be found)
Cant wait for the game to be released for PC. Havent played it myself, and only watched small videos like this, practically unspoiled. I love the setting, its going to be amazing to sink my teeth into.
I was waiting for this game to be ported to pc but I eventually ended up watching the gameplay movie sometime before . Nevertheless I'm interested in this game morethan anything XD

Disagree. I found Valhalla and origins to be better personally. But got is still a great game. I was bedazzled when I first played it, I liked it so much, I platinumed it twice lol. And currently on my fifth run on it.
Ghost ai sucks the combat is not good its low med its just a playstation game so yall give it playstation hype this scripted ass game is disappointing,its not a bad game its just isnt as good as ps fanboys say it is.
@@daveclement9932 based on estimates given, yeah it should be able to well it quite well, GTX 1650 is estimated reqruiement, which only has 4gb vram compared to the 1660ti's 6gb
As a PC only player, I've been waiting for this game to be ported to PC, since the games release in 2020. I am so happy now and it will release on May 16th, which is one day after my Birthday. So, happy birthday to me, with one of the greatest gifts ever. 😎

I am glad we finally have a proper Samurai RPG on PC and I will play the hell out of it. But speaking of ports, I still wish there were more action games that emulated the perfection of RDR2 - the realism of characters' movement, the animations, every weapon you carry being visible on your person and horse, every layer of clothing customizable.
@@jaypay2859 I have played Nioh 2. Nioh 2 does not come anywhere close to RDR2 or Ghost of Tsushima in quality or authenticity. If it didn't have the soulslike gimmick, it would be considered trash.
So stoked for everyone that gets to experience this game for the first time. I know a certain amount of exclusives is healthy for the industry as a whole , but I think certain games should be experienced by all gamers in general because they are so good. Tsushima is one of those games for sure
Happy to see a fellow Rurouni Kenshin fan, but completely different era, location and no character customization in this one. We have to wait for Rise of the Ronn to be ported to PC for all three of those things.
@@KK-fi6ms Rise of the Ronin is out, and it DOES go over certain historical figures around the Bakumatsu period where Rurouni Kenshin's world is set in. 1860s Japan. I just personally think Rise of the Ronin's Gameplay/Mechanics and world building looks like complete and utter dog shit.
I have not played GoT on PS4 back then, but I heard so much great things about this game, and the footage from all I have seen from pictures and short clips is absolutely amazing. I am so gonna buy this game as soon as it is out.

not really, they missused Kurosawa's name just to give themselves more credit, the Kurosawa mode is a joke, it's just a black and white filter, feels more like an insult than a love letter tbh
Played through it 3 times on ps4 because I loved it so much. Currently replaying it again on ps5 (with the ps5 version) and it’s like plying it for the first time again. The game was always beautiful but on ps5 it’s on an entirely different level. I can’t wait to see how it runs on pc, shit would be mind blowing at 4K 120 fps max settings lol

i just hope the port is good, I've played this on PlayStation but would love it on the PC so i don't have to hook up the PlayStation just to play this game, plus as consoles keep developing its nice to have this game on a system that stays constant

You really shouldn't pre-order the PC port until its out and we therefore KNOW that its a good port. In fact , pre-ordering in general is a bad thing : We ( as gamers ) need to make studios earn trust by putting out high quality products BEFORE we give them our money.. NOT the other way around.
Ghost of Tsushima really missed one big opportunity: there is little to none ordinary culture and life depiction. Tsushima never felt like a real place so less normal people except for quest givers. No beautiful villages or cities. Ofc i know this is because of the island and invasion setting.
the game feels very artificial in general, even the houses look like Ikea was a thing already in medieval Japan, so much copy pasted content. I think the game is overrated and has many flaws that people don't seem to want to talk about but if you check Ghost of Tsushima bugs here on youtube you'll find videos that last over 30 minutes with the big amount of bugs this game has
I don't need any convincing for I've been wanting to play this game ever since it came out.... It's still a good video, though, and a necessary one since people might consider skipping this one in favor of newer releases.
Its a new, and ridiculously amazing, experience for people who didn’t get to play it on PS. Can’t wait to see all the mods people are going to add to it on pc
just bought it on steam but the full price for a three year old game is a typical sony move.. hopefully i enjoy it as i did exploring horizon zero dawn the first time on og ps4
Was debating getting this or Horizon Forbidden West when they come out on PC, but I think GoT will be more enjoyable for me and I'll skip on Forbidden West until a sale.
If you really want to buy this game The combat is extremely amazing the mechanics the stealth it really is amazing Story line is good and the story much better atmosphere of this game is too good and the side quests are really well designed When you play you really are losing yourself inside of this game that is why you really should buy this game
the combat is clunky and not that great to be honest, very limited in general and doesn't feel very smooth. Story is mediocre, even worse than the combat. The side quests are copy paste garbage. the game is fun for one or two weeks at max, not worth the full price
@@rubbingisracing6951 Nah there are obviously several other reasons, but those are the main ones. Being able to use an xbox controller (or anything else honestly), unlocked framerate tabbing over to anything else, just the overall quality of life PC games bring. Color reshading and mod support top the list though. Watching the trailers with Nvidia digital vibrance makes it looks like a completely different game.
Damn…they shouldve done a Raytracing remaster and then bring it for full price on Ps5 pro and PC…would sell like hot cake as Raytracing is the ONLY thing thid Game nees from a Image Quality Standpoint in 2024…similar to the Witcher 3, with its rtx upgrade it still looks better then 99% of other rpgs out there!
Yup already preordered. Looking forward to a playthru in super ultraware on the Samsung 57 in higher resolution and detail. Also imo best to play the expansion right away when available, theres some goodies without giving away spoliers that will help in the main game.
This is my most anticipated game besides Horizon Forbidden West this year. I can't wait to see what the mod community will bring to this game. This game has one of the best and most satisfying combat system ever made. Reminds me of a mix of Tenchu and Bushido Blade! Hopefully TLOU2 is next!
I love GOT and I’ve played the story and legends multiple times, but to be honest with you - the price that they’re asking for is kind of steep for a 5 year old game pc port…
That's an overstatement. God of War Days Gone Spiderman and Miles Morales As well as the very recent Horizon Forbidden West were all amazing PC ports. Uncharted and TLOU1 suffered through a terrible start yes, but was fixed with patches. I have no doubt this game will be a great port, so I will personally pre-order it, that's for sure.
Man, it pains me to hear you say "ancient Japanese culture." You should really be more careful using that term. Generally, "ancient" history is considered pre-history, that is to say BEFORE they started writing. The Japanese started writing in the 5th century CE. The samurai class was established in the 12th century CE, the game is set in the 13th, and the samurai class continued to exist until the 1870s. That is not ancient.
I was surprised how dumb the ai was and also surprised that when you kill an npc you cant continue interacting with it you couldnt touch the npc cut them more when they die,I was surprised that this was a modern game.Now that its on pc maybe we can finally see reviews from non fanboys

NPCs are dumb, enemy grouping is always the same, a lot of content is copy pasted, including not only objects but also mission structure... this game isn't worth the full price only because it has "nice" colors
I've platinum it on ps5 and did everything in legends as well but I'm rebuking it for pc cause I want to play through it again with uncapped frame sounds nice
After playing assassins creed odyssey and valhalla, the environments in this game and characters look generic. I hope the PC version looks better, if not, im passing on the PC release.
People are saying that it's better than AC games thn i will pass. I can't enjoy open world.other than Witcher 3 and Elden ring. I will wait for Ragnarok, last of us 2 and Spiderman 2
