Same as LV Trainers. I‘m a US 13 in Nikes and a size US 12 in LVs. Maybe that helps

My TTS on normal sneakers like Adidas and Nike is US11. For the LV skates in Marine color, I got size LV9. Though I prefer it to be slightly bigger at LV9.5, the size 9 fits me well.
