I find it amazing the joy and inspiration people have from their work. Something as simple as noodles and this gentleman treats it as serious as a heart surging would. I honestly thought this day and age, people use machines to make noodles. Its refreshing seeing someone take pleasure in handmaking their own meal such as this.

This is what makes Japan great!!! Each individual is so dedicated to his/her work and when looked at large scale you will see a successful future for any economy , culture and mankind. I respect Japan and I always advise to learn every good thing they do.

Dont get me wrong I also like processed foods and those manufactured in machines like candy or chocolate or even the savory stuffs, but I am afraid that one day these artisans and craftsman might just go extinct I respect their dedication and skills so much
