The idea behind the irresistible offer is to deliver some value, but the acronym I recommend people use is A.I.M. - imagine there are three phases of work, Assessment, Implementation and Maintenance. The “assessment” could be an irresistible offer for example. Just the first phase of work. From there you can then upsell implementation and maintenance.
