Dear Lorna Marie, respectfully there is no law that says a house has to have an en-suite bathroom or shower room, for it to be considered a 2, 3, 4 bed house etc. There are two bathrooms, one being a shower room and the other a bathroom. ABSOLUTELY!! You will be up and down the stairs to get to the bathroom. I think the full bath on the lower level is rather "inconvenient" and awkward. That should be a powder room. That little "bedroom" next to the master would make a great bathroom AND laundry, keeping the laundry near where most of the laundry originates. Don't especially like the setup of the kitchen, especially the sink and he didn't show a dishwasher(?). Maybe I missed that bit? With all that, the living, dining space seems rather small, for a 4 bedroom home. Well, can't deny that the place is aesthetically pleasing but I can see how inconvenient and labor intensive living in it would be. I would have to do lots to make it efficient and pleasant for my taste, including ripping out all of that nasty carpeting.
