Biden is fit, Putin had a heart attack and is probably dead and they're using a body double. This isn't Putin in this video - it's stupid to think he'd even do this. if you are 70+ AND can't move much from bed, etc. that means your family possibly aren't taking care of you, or not visiting you at all. if you don't want to shrivel up and be unable to move when you hit 70, I'd suggest to stay active when you retire from work, because the moment that you sit down all day doing nothing but watching tv. The faster your body loses it's mobility and muscles. everyone at the age of 40 starts to lose muscle mass, and they can retain the mass if they exercise. also doing a full body physical, bloodwork, urine, and stool sample all at once. that can help you greatly in finding out what your body is no longer producing naturally, or whatever your body is deficient in. All elderly people that stay active with hobbies that require movement usually look younger, healthier, and live a little longer than someone who is only active when they need to use the bathroom or grab food from the microwave, lol.
