This "reporter" appears to be very similar in the intellect department to the woman in the video. Watch other videos to see the whole story. The poor bull. The woman was not blameless, in fact she instigated it through her total lack of common sense.

Except it didn't attack her because she's trying to take her bags away from the animal. It's a wild bull that happened to wander on the beach she took a bowl and tried to feed it. The bull being a wild animal decided to attack the human being that was standing in front of it which it probably saw as a threat. She was attacked because she was stupid. The woman caused and exacerbated the problem. The bull could have killed her with one or two blows, but she walked away. I hope she wasn't badly injured, but the whole incident was her fault.

WHY IS SHE FEEDING A BULL?

The woman was yelled at to please get away from the bull. Why confront a bull? Ots just suff. I hate that happened to her, but she did a very dangerous thing!

What was the bull doing at the beach? There's no grass at the beach the person who took it there for whatever reason should have taken the responsibility of feeding it than letting it roam around people's property and food they hadn't budgeted for a bull's food or play. If the owner of the bull is by law allowed to have their bull at the beach, then by law the bull should have had its owner's worker or an animal control personnel watching its activities than have it endanger humans. From the look of things, no one was responsible for it and had it continued, who knows what could have happened.
