Hi I've followed your channel for a while now great videos all of them, I was wondering what would be the best way for someone with little experience in plc programming to get into the industry you see I'm an industrial electrician I'm acquainted with the plc industry but don't have the hands on experience required to say "I can do that job", my career change comes since most electrical work keeps me out of state months at a time but plc work is abundantly available where I live in Texas but hard to get into. Thanks again and hope you can reply.
go to the PLC eUniversity site and purchase the orange/black manual. You can use it with any SLC500 or micrologix. There are two version of that manual, one with software and one without. The free software programs the Micrologix 1000 or 1100 only. The software to program the 1200, 1400 or 1500, you have to buy from your local AB distributor,
