This is a proper different style of video for me, so pls let me know what you think of it!! Bit nervous for the response to it haha.. BTW the ending SHOCKED me WTF.. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN
@@CamKirkhamnoooooooooo you literally have to watch the whole show there soooooooooooo many twist and turns ….. even if you don’t watch it as a reaction but god it was good I was like meh …. By ep 3 I was like …. I can squeeze in another 5 episodes before going to work I don’t need sleep 😂😂😂
I would actually have been behind that storyline. If it needs to be stupid be completely idiotic 😂 evil clones would have been much more epic than evil British twin 😂
@@CamKirkham you'd need to be pissed to try and make sense of it. The amount of insanity that goes on is just absolutely nuts. My sister got me into this show years ago and it's my guilty pleasure for amusing, yet completely stupid tv shows.
Cam when you think the grooming can’t get worse Ezra the teacher KNEW who aria was before they even met and he was writing a book about Ali’s disappearance who he also had a relationship with and had cameras hidden 😭😂
Here’s a rundown of what happened cam😭 - there were multiple A’s the first one was Mona “the french lady” from the last ep - Spencer did in fact shag many of her sister’s boyfriends - jenna is in fact blind she does get surgery but it doesn’t work - Alison was buried alive and some old lady with blue eyes helped her out of the grave that her mother buried her in because she thought Alison was dead - there was this whole thing where a new A kidnapped all of the girls and held them hostage in a doll house traumatising them hence the doll house thing at the end, that A was Alison’s cousin that was in a mental asylum growing up and Alison’s mother hid her from the family. There’s so many more storylines it’s just an insane show I defo recommend you watch the dollhouse episodes 😭😭 (this probs confused you even more)
To make it worse/better: Jenna was blinded by Alison and the other girls, she had surgery to fix it and pretended it went wrong and faked being blind for a while but then went blind again permanently
As much as my comfort series no matter how many times I watch the show THE END MAKES ME WANT TO DIE who the hellllll thought it’d be an amazing idea to make A a character WEVE NEVER SEEN and none of the girls even know like what was with the vendetta against the girls if she only wanted her American twin and their mother who we thought was their mother WASNT EVEN THEIR MOTHER AND WE FIND THAT OUT AT THE END TOO 😭💀
@@CamKirkham I'd say don't watch it under the influence of anything but honestly I think that's the way the writers wrote it and the only way any of it will make sense x
honestly if you want to know all of the madness that happens in this show but don’t want to watch the whole thing, i’d recommend the mike’s mic recap video of the whole series, its super funny and does a really good job of capturing how mental pll is
you've got to react to more episodes of pll (A changes every few season btw + the ending was so rushed and strange because someone leaked the original ending I'm pretty sure)
@@CamKirkhamplease do I promise you’ll be hooked it just stars to get confusing towards the end but the beginning seasons are so intriguing as someone who regularly rewatches it😭
wait til cam finds out that not only was ezra her teacher, but be also purposefully got with this teenage girl because he was writing a book about her, her friend group, and allison (the one who went missing) and was basically using her to be closer to the whole case (might have gotten some of this wrong it’s been years since i watched it), like ezra is a whole villain 😭
Why was there a murder investigation if she didnt die 😭who was the body they found in the first episode? How was she missing for a whole year and somehow stayed alive??
@@leobeboop4944 Well it’s been really fk long since i watched this. So i don’t really remember everything, but i believe that the night the girls have a sleepover Allison’s mom knocks her out with a rock and buries her. She is not dead tho and she is eventually rescued by Mrs. Grunwald. Mona convinces Allison to hide at some resort, create an alias, Vivian something, and leave Rosewood. However the night of the sleepover a murder does take place, but the girls name is Bethany something (she is supposed to really look like Ali, surprise she doesn’t) and Spencer’s older sister, Melissa, buries her alive after she thinks that Spencer murdered Ali with a shovel or something. Ultimately nothing makes real sense in this show, there are a 1001 plot holes and the last couple season’s suck ass. Definitely not worth it.
@@gracielovesseungmin I wasn't trying to give hate to anyone, I was just saying that the title is the exact same so he must be a fan or something. My comments wasn't supposed to give hate to anyone, I was just commenting on how the both have the same title so it's funny. You are right, there is nothing wrong with being inspired.
@@princess_mj4396 the thing is i can’t tell if i am a boogie or a troublemaker because i literally love his videos on tiktok ‘singers’ but i also love his videos on fanfic movies 💀
Emily, the girl who kissed the girl, Maya, who moved into Alison’s house ended up marrying Alison (who was never dead) and Maya died in the second season by her crazy ex-boyfriend who Emily not only grew close too, but kissed. Also, Jenna was blinded by the girls before the series started (aka The Jenna Thing), but she had an operation that did fix her vision for a time, but sadly it ended up not working and she ended up going back to being blind (also, she and a horse that Spencer had figured out Spencer’s twin wasn’t here). Also, Spencer’s mom, Mary, in this episode (who she didn’t know her until like a few episodes before) is the twin sister of Alison’s mom who was killed by her sister Mary and buried her in the ground, like Alison was by Mary’s and Spencer’s dad’s (that man literally populated half the town I think) love child Charlotte (also known as CeCe, the girl in the ugly black wig talking to Alex, Spencer’s twin in the restaurant) and Alison’s mom buried Alison alive in the ground before being rescued by some wacky psychic with crazy blue eyes and Mona (the girl who had Mary and Alex in the dollhouse in Paris) helped Alison leave town. Also, CeCe is transgender and was originally named Charles and the show literally was so transphobic to her (the creator of the show called her an It on Twitter). Also, Mona was the original A as well, Hit Hanna, her best friend with a car and fell of a cliff after trying to get Spencer to become part of the A team. And then, in Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, Alison teaches at a college Mona also teaches at, I think and it’s revealed that Alison and Emily (who Alison bullied for not only being gay, but liking her) divorced and left her family behind (oh, and the children she and Emily had was made by Emily’s eggs that she donated being put into Alison by A and I think Wren, the British guy Spencer was kissing in the 1st episode was the dad and ended up as a diamond by Alex). I watched all 7 seasons and most the episodes (I missed a few) and I read the books (which the A reveal was 10 times better in the books, but I won’t tell you who they are) and when this episode came out, I still was flabbergasted by how insanely crappy this ending was (nobody liked it) and ironically, A in the books would have still made more sense with clues the show had throughout. And some random girl in Alison’s clothing was killed by Melissa, Spencer’s half sister, after Alison was removed from her grave by the psychic, thinking she was Alison. Let’s just say that night was one insane night.
I guess no one commented on the underground dungeon because all of them were trapped in a torturous people size doll house and kept there to be mentally and physically tortured... but maybe they were just distracted
as someone who has watched this show dozens of times, it’s so fun for me to watch people watch it for the first time and experience the absolute absurdity that is this show 😂
We need a pure reaction to the dollhouse episodes, they are everyone’s favourite and much later in the series, where it’s a bit more on the scary side I guess
I just absolutely loved when you were trying to make sense of the storyline while I was just laughing my ass off the entire time, knowing that there is literally zero sense in it at all 😂
There were 3 variations of A... I don't remember if any of them ever killed but the three girls at the end were the three A's. I can't remember if Spencer shagged the boyfriend, but they definitely kissed and it ruined her sister's relationship. Also Jenna wasn't actually blind, but then she became blind from ANOTHER accident lol
Nah I need cam reacting to the whole series. Already calling fitz out for being a nonce🤣😭 it’s worse when you find out Fitz knew who she was when he met her and he actually groomed her🙃
im currently rewatching PLL right now (one of my favorite shows) and i screamed when i got this notification. this show is so wild and doesn’t make sense at times but its such a gag worthy trip. all the reveals are crazy and you can definitely see the show reflect the year it was airing in. some of the plot lines were INSANE
also aria was supposed to be A but the fans caught on and realized the storyline (i think there was a leak too) so they switched the story up on who A was
Cam, if you want to understand the serie without watching it all, you should watch Mikes mics videos. And yes you were right Jenna cured her own blindness halfway through
Others have already mentioned Mike's Mic, but another good deep dive is Friendly Space Ninja. Both were fans of the show when it was on. Also please keep watching and reacting, even if it's just random episodes. Or first and last for each season.
PLEASE you need to watch the dollhouse episodes with no context - Season 5 Finale and Season 6 First Episode.. honestly the best 2 episodes of the show
Well fuck, now I gotta rewatch the entire PLL series. Thanks Cam. Also, you gotta watch "The Orphan" and the prequel. It has been my favorite movie for legit a decade at this point.
it would be great if you did more first and last reactions. such as The 100 and Vampire Diaries, the first and last eps of those are so drastically different its hilarious.😁
Love the video so far Cam also could you please watch wild child or the first and last of desperate housewives (the second to last episode has drama the actual last one is everyone just saying goodbye) ❤
icl i remember watching this and being obsessed but now the whole show is a whole blur except from when they were all kidnapped and put in a big scale dollhouse
The fact that this show got so many seasons and THREE spin-offs just goes to show how many of us must've grown up watching soap operas 🤣 The multiple kidnapping plots, the multiple incest storylines, the multiple evil twins... Those of us who watched soaps in our formative years are just sitting here with grabby hands while the more well-adjusted viewers are like, umm what the actual f is happening in this show 😅🤷🤦🙈 Thanks for the hilarious reaction, Cam! 🤣👍🙏❤️
When I was a teenager my friends were obsessed with this show, I watched the first episode, was so disgusted by the teacher I didn’t watch anymore. I remember a friend telling me it seems gross at first but eventually you grow to love them. And that’s why I didn’t watch any more if it
At the end of the book series, I vaguely remember Aria ending with Noel, Not Ezra (the teacher). In the TV series, they completely ruin Noel's character. They turn him into a very unlikable throwaway character. I don't know why they decided to go with the storyline of marrying Ezra. It's crazy how different the book series is from the TV series. Like they're two separate entities.
I think he should watch the whole show. Just to truly understand how much of a creep Ezra is. "They don't know who A is?! Seven seasons and they don't know who A is?!" You poor innocent young man. There were like 5 iterations of A.
you need to watch mike's mic's unhinged recap of pretty little liars to fully understand how unhinged this show was. it'll answer many of your questions if you don't want to watch the entire show.
there were 3 different A's thorough out the show og A - reavielde in the ending of season 2 Big A - S 6 ep 10 A. D. - s7 ep 21/22 + you have to watch s1 ep2(explains the Jenna thing), s2 ep12, s2 ep13, s3 ep13, s3 ep16, s4 ep12, s4 ep14, s4 ep20, s4 ep23, s5 ep1, s5 ep11, s5 ep12, s5 ep14, s6 ep1, s6 ep 9
The reason that the show ended this way is because of the writer's ego. She wanted to disprove everyones theories, so she just made shit up along the way. This show was so iconic the first few seasons but I've never been able to finish the last ones.
As someone who watched the show as a kid. The show is based off a book series, which is pretty... Readable Problem is, because of that, a bunch of fans knew what was going on, so the mystery was gone So they started changing it And it was alright, but loads of popular theories were spot on, so the main writer kept on trying to "one up" the audience and it got out of control It was never GOOD but it took time to get this bad At some time it stops being "haha that's kind of silly" and turns into "that's a fever dream"
This entire show was just like someone had waaay to many bath salts over the course of like 2 days and was like "Yeah, I'm just gonna make the most outrageous show possible" - You've got teens having inappropriate relationships, You've got friend burning peoples garages down and then also making people blind in the process (that part turns out alright though - Jenna has a surgery to regain sight), You've got best friends turning on each other - one of them rats out Aria and Ezra's relationship to her mum and her mum is outraged at first, totally within her rights to do so and eventually she sort of gets to grips with it although at first she forbids them from seeing each other but they still date in "Secret" anyway Like this show has sooo many layers to it, It's like he tried a piece of cake, like maybe the frosting or something and then just decided "Nah, I'm gonna eat it all in one go" and then was hella confused with all of the flavours and how they all meshed together 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If you' ve read the book series Mona dies at the end of the first book so the fact that they keep her in the tv series all the way up to the very last episode is wild.
alex drake is Spencer’s biological mum but spencer didnt know she adopted and didnt know someone called cece was her sister, cece was one of the many A characters and then at the end we meet their other sibling alex drake hence the “A D” alex didnt get a good life whereas spencer did so she was out to get her and dragged their mum into it. A AND AD ARE VERY DIFFERENT PEOPLE!
I absolutly loved this show. Watched it for the entire run. HOWEVER they only brought in the "evil twin" in the final episode. So your reaction to her was pretty much like everyone else. And everyone was PISSED. This show was based on books. Aria (the girl who marries her teacher) is actually A in the books. But in the show there are 3-4 different A's. Jenna was blinded because the girls caught her sleeping with her brother Toby in their garage (Spencer's boyfriend at the end) and because they didn't like her they lit a fireworks into the garage laughing Jenna to be blinded. She has surgery to fix her eyes but it ultimately is a failed surgery and doesn't fix anything. Spencer sleeps with all of her sisters boyfriends and the guy you see her talking to at the beginning of the last episode is the same sister boyfriend from the first episode.
I’ve watched the entire series multiple times. I hated pretty little liars last season as no one could figure out who A was as A wasn’t actually in the tv show til the last few episodes. It was so annoying!
Can I love your reactions but if you’re going to be doing these type of videos atleast shout out Dylan is in trouble for originally doing this idea and making it massive
there’s a first A at the end of season 2, then another one before the time jump who are both people you don’t know or hardly know yet and then there’s AD who’s Spencer’s twin
So the book explains it better, but Alison's body was found under concrete/ground. Maya (the new girl who moved into her house) and her family were doing house renovations when they uncovered her body in the backyard. The show was REALLY good at first when they were following the book plot, but the show writers kept switching up who the final A was because they didn't like that the fandom kept guessing who it was. I always wish they kept faithful to the books because everything made so much sense in it.
