Ahoy! As far as I know your excess critical rate has no effect at all, so it will be 60-30 = 30%. However, you can get ingore resist critical rate (ircr) to improve that more easily than you can stack up a bunch more mcr.

Ahoy! Sorry buddy, but at the moment my daily routine is just logging in daily for half an hour to check on guild and AH and do prem DX and guild dungeon while slowly preparing to quit forever. I haven't properly played for the last 1+ year, so can't really give you any advice there.

Ignore pene certainly contributes more to reducing incoming damage. Damage reduce is just a flat value that gets subtracted from the final number.

That is a nice feature indeed, but in reality those buildings you stand around are just a gathering point for the lambs that strong players slaughter. Unless you're a BL, FG or GL with invincibility buff enabled you won't survive more than a second standing near any of them. The PVE content at the bottom of the map is also a good idea, but the way they implemented it makes it absolutely pointless. Guardians hit you for 25-30k so you get killed within a few seconds even with top gear and survival buffs, and if any side kills all their mobs they won't respawn until the other side balances things out. So you can't just farm in peace while avoiding pvp like in the previous 2 types of wars. Not to mention the grass designed to hide players introduces so many bugs I stopped counting.

Ahoy! I bought all of the extreme on my armorpieces and weapons. The only one I made myself eas the bike ex4. And that was an accident, because it had ex3 on it and I was ready to seal my bike for ex4 service with the seller on the line but had to fail ex3 to be able to use the seal on it. So I just dumped it full of lv12 cores from earlier events and gave it a go. And it succeeded. One thing that's usually true for cabal is, it only lets you succeed with anything if you've got nothing left to lose with it and don't expect it. I cannot give you any tips other than to avoid using bronze repair kits at all costs and use the highest available cores you can get from events. Don't buy tradeable cores or repair kits, only use the ones from events. And always have backup!

It's still useless though.

Ahoy! I don't remember the exact value but I think I bought mine for something like 80-90b alz. We've had plenty of events with selective resets lately so I think by now it should be possible to find slots like that from quitting player for even 50-60b alz. I don't mix real money and alz so got no idea how much that would be in USD, but I saw some players shouting that they were selling alz for 12 euros per billion. So I guess that's around 600-800 eur or so?

No, they came like that already applied when I bought the armor pieces.

I was a fully PVE player and for that vampiric is much more beneficial. Being able to recover tons of health during boss fights is much more useful than being hit for a barely noticeably lower amount of damage.

Very much so. You won't be soloing endgame dungeons with it, but master sigmetal suit and gloves with 2+3 MCR epic+slot are build-defining. I think anything until party FT3 runs are possible with master sig suit and gloves. The other 2 armorpieces don't need Mastercraft to be decent. As for weapons I also wouldn't recommend Mastercraft, it's not necessary.

@@1minuteCABALguides Oh. Yes, it was removed a couple of months ago in Cabal PH. I don't know why. So in the EU, it has always been available, right? It was never removed.
