I remember so long ago back in like 2007 or sometime around there where there wasn't so many of these extra accessories, external stat building like runes and honor, costumes that didn't boost your stats only holding 2 rings, +7 osmium was godlike and just being level 100 put you in a league of your own. I kind of miss those days
I stopped playing way back in 2011/2012 somewhere around that time, I had a shielder and I was rocking the PvP cause of the new skill shield grenade, which was so overkill, partner that with my newly looted that time mergaherp ring, aop+6 and amp set shine guard +9 I was unbeatable even in nation war 109 bracket😎

I loved it that some bladers in earlier times went for full attackrate build just so the AA number increases. it made 0 difference because blader had already high attackrate, they sacrificed for example a attack book in passives, just to get a attackrate one in "because its more attack ability" Miamii Merc

realized it was useless when I just kept on adding atk rate on a dummy char and have the AA value skyrocket but still have very low damage, compared to another char that may have the same AA but is well balanced in building but will have considerably more damage. ChiefHandker NA Titan
Sacco - BR - Mercury High AA does not really influences the final damage output, here in BR we have characters focused only on AA ( max ignore resist cri rate, etc) but the final damage output turns out to be lower than whos focused on other stats. Thats only a pet "trust" example.
Hey Watchman! I'm getting back into Cabal next week. I always mained FA/FB but I'm inclined to try WI. Which class would you recommend me? I have a 178lv FA with crappy gear, should I try to get it better gear? Or start new with a 'better' class?
Ahoy! And welcome back to cabal, hope you won't regret it 😁 I think WI is a bad idea to start with, unless you have nerves of steel and amazing patience. WI is very, very hard to play and in the early game it's got tons of survivability problems. So if you play WI you will be respawning nonstop until you can afford a +15+ set. FA is a lot better in survivability so I think it's a good idea to gear that one up. Later if you still wish to try WI you can use most accessories and both orbs on the WI (assuming you use orbs on the FA), so gearing it up will be a lot easier.

I don't know ecatly how strong you are and how long dungeon runs take, but there are 2 guidelines to follow: don't spend much alz on entry, and get lots of drops. Lots of drops could mean running a dg that is long but has tons of chests, or short dungeons that let you get the loot fast then start a new run. That mostly depends on your gear and playstyle, so I'm afraid I can't definitely say you should spam X dungeon and avoid Y. But 1 more thing to consider is the current event: if you are in EU for example you probably saw that we got a new event starting yesterday, which let's you get nice drops for collect&exchange from most easy dungeons, so it's best to choose something from that list (check event page on official website) where there are tons of enemies to kill.
Ahoy sir. Mind if I ask an off topic question? Ring of luck +3 in our sever costs around 150-250m while the +4 is around 1.8b. I don't seem to understand why the item stat difference, which is all attack up +20 and ignore penetration +5, is worth that much alz. Any ideas?
Ahoy! I think the difference in price is more about the rarity of the item rather than the Stat difference. Rings of +3 grade are on the loot table of most dungeons that drop highest grade items, whereas +4 is restricted to a handful of dungeons (and all of them can drop +3 too). Not to mention +4 being a lot more rare in terms of drop rate too. But other than that, all the "rich people" with endgame sets would probably pay 10 times that much just to see their useless red number under their SP bars increase by any tiny amount.
How did you make your icons from the UI so small and far left/right? On my laptop they are so big that Challange mission icon is not even shown because it is hidden behind the skills from the middle.
If you open up the options, there is something in the display tab about UI scale. If you uncheck the "fix UI" option then you can adjust its size with the slider. It's at the rightmost value for me.

Hey, is Demonit weapon +15 with 10cr. rate epic and 2 slot crit dmg better than a Crafted Sigmetal Weapon +15 with full 3 slot (amp, dgm, cr rate, w/ever) and 13/15 divine in it? Dunno in what to invest. Sigmetal you can sell after, but demon is mostly char binded. Some are saying that demon if +15 even with 2 slot is better than any crafted 3 slot sigmetal. Is there any calcultors or video to compair diferrent classes weapons with diferent stats?
That's hard to answer, I think demonite is better in terms of damage output. Also you didn't mention your battle style but unless you're FA, it's likely the attack rate is important. However, personally in that case I'd go for the SIG option, but one that is extreme 3 too, and +20. The reason is being future-proof: like you said, SIG can still be sold later on, whereas demonite becomes character binding. And while SIG is considerably weaker, you can sell it and buy palladium later on, which is a lot stronger than the demonite one you mentioned. The only room for upgrade on the demonite would be to use ultimate grade slot extender, which alone costs about as much as a half-made palladium orb that's stronger. Plus if both slots of your demo weapon are filled with crit dmg, the only reasonable thing to put in 3rd slot is either even more CR or amp, both of which are near impossible to obtain scrolls of.
The only possible way to obtain those are from the World Rulers, which here in EU-Mercury nobody ever attends, except when we get an objective event for them. And so far in the history of the server I've only heard of 1 occasion of someone getting a ring of luck+5.
I realised DA useless when i first saw most bladers with easy 100k+ DA with sigmetal set, they get the high numbers from evasion and def rate, while e.g FS got maybe 60k with same equipment, and still if using combo i do 2x more damage to BLs, since FS got that DA from decent defense/ignore penetration/damage-amp resist/Armor set. These are the primary stats which change the number of dmg i do, Not the def rate. AA also has a lot of fake numbers, if u got too much cip, ignore resist dmg-amp, against a boss or mob which has like 0% resist against these, all stats are worthless, although these stats boost ur AA greatly in general. So a guy who is based on full PVE stats, can do much higher dmg to the target even with lower AA. I am trying to focus on PVE just like you. IGN: Bloodyyy Server: EU-Mercury

Ahoy! They aren't bad options. If you can afford to replace them with pene, ignore resistances, CD or amp then of course those are better. Normal dmg only works for non-critical hits, so it's not worth much if you rely on a crit build.
Why are those my only 2 options? :D I never liked BL. Always chose magic class in every RPG game. In this one, in particular, I really like the amazing AoE, mobility, movement speed with blink, etc...
I'd probably either go for the war slayer tree, with chill up in 1st line then put the rest on battle up. I don't much care about PVP, but the stats from that one seem more beneficial than the ones from attack training tree. Cancel ignore penetration for example in attack tree is something WI doesn't need for PVE, because we've got plenty of it and it's wasted if the enemy's ignore pene is lower than your cancel ignore pene.

I realised that AA is bulls... when I noticed that on alt BL with 2k AA I'm clearing bosses in pretty same time as my 10k AA FA. That number means nothing - it's just to bully players who did not achieved yet some additional bonuses and are totally desperate to get alz selling Vouchers at ch1, instead of having fund from game. Me and a friend farmed together in Seni and he got buffed with the WI buff with resist crit rate.. he thought now that his def ability is higher, he could solo in seni.. well.. he couldnt of course lol

Ahoy! It's called "Christmas Weapon - Orb" and yes it's permanent. It's purely cosmetic though, so didn't bother. Weapon costumes have no additional stats.
Hii,ive been playing cabal for 2 years and then I quit in 2019 on NA server. Is it possible to come back in the game without buying alz nowadays? And what is average budget to get a decent gear and what i should focus on 1st buying gear ? I was playing as GL tho.
Ahoy! I don't know the prices in NA, but here in EU it is possible, but going to be very hard. You need amazing luck or tons of grinding to get anywhere. What exactly do you mean by "decent gear"? If you want to run quest dungeons like AoS1-2, FT2, MO solo and stuff like AFI, AFT2, EOD3 in parties then I think a few billions of alz are enough if you spend them well. If you want to solo those, and run hard dungeons like UDX or so in party, then more like 100b +.
Only if the rest of your set is decent enough. Not sure about your server, but chaos 15 for a bracelet here in EU-Mercury costs like 100b+ alz and that's enough money to gear up a character from 0 to about mid-hard dgs.
EU Mercury here. As for start, I think you should choose either WA, FS or BL. Those are probably the easiest to play in early game, until you familiarize yourself with the game. All of those are pretty good at late game too, of course, just suggesting them because it's easy to survive with them.

Well I guess aa and da are useless depends on class for example the most good da class is fs, and if you got decent effectors, you can bee annoying to the strongest players then you, as for aa I think blader is a very good pvp/ dung class as well effectors might count.. as with decent itmes and some colle you can make med/ high dungs, but of that is my opinion, Server-Venus Ign-MrDracula Ps: keep up the good work and gg.

I quite enjoy WI: very much like its damage, speed, mobility and AoE in dungeons. Second choice would be WA, because it's easy to gear up, is very welcome in parties due to buff/debuff, and has almost as good AoE as WI. BL would be my last choice, it's great against 1 boss with BM2 but when a crowd of enemies needs to be taken care of, it falls behind.
