Zack and Deborah are such a great team. If you add Larry Fong, the Costume Designer and Prop Master, it is such a creative Foundation. Watchmen was ahead of its time, without a doubt.

Zack Snyder made the right movie in the wrong time, if Watchmen movie came out 10 years later would have a much bigger impact in the industry of superheroes/comic book films, so was the graphic novel has in the comics, and would make a lot more sucess and money I believe.

@@marciofilho2137 even Nolan said to Zack that it was way ahead of it’s time. When Nolan tells you that, you know you’re doing something right. I do think watchmen is a case where now people go back and watch it and are like “I get it now.” I also think it’s because they’re watching the right version of watchmen which is the directors cut. Like the theatrical cut I do like but it’s a case of things moving along fast to get to the plot points. And it does feel a bit rushed.but in the Directors cut. Scenes breathe.
