When I was kid, I use to see, the roads were not asphalted end to end completely, on both sides some portion with soil used to be left out, during rain, a lot of rain water used get soaked by soil giving way for high ground water, we should do that rather doing rainwater harvesting at home level.

Along with RWH growing plants like Neem Tree,Aswartha Tree etc at street corners /near raja malice etc..,makes environment water consistent earth...

I suggest government to bring stric guidelines to save rainwater Harvesting for old and new house's else 3 Times of original tax amount.

Can we leave terrace rainwater pipe directly to borewell

If rain water harvesting not then 3 times tax should be made strict
