What should be the diet after the 10-day fasting is over?
Day 1: In the morning, freshly squeezed apple juice, grapefruit juice or lemon juice is mixed with half water to open the fast. The fruits to be squeezed must be free of rot and bruises. Approximately 1-1.5 liters of fruit juice is drunk until the evening. If there is no appetite after 10 days of fasting, then continuing the fast is the best option. However, those who cannot find the strength to continue fasting continue to drink fruit juice without forcing themselves until their appetite is satisfied.
2nd day: Drink a mixture of 3/4 fruit juice + 1/4 water from morning to noon. The desired fruit can be eaten every 3 hours from noon to evening without being mixed with another fruit.
3rd day: Fruit juice in the morning, then fruit, then salad, and then, near the evening, a vegetable meal or vegetable soup can be eaten without oil and salt, cooked on low heat with little water. In these first 3 days, brown, black or greenish stool may occur. If he does not come, do an enema in the morning on the 3rd or 4th day.
4th day: Just like on the 3rd day, 30 g with any vegetable dish such as zucchini, celery, leek, black cabbage, chard, only in the evening. bread or the same amount of boiled rice can be eaten. 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, finely cut dill, parsley, spring onion and garlic can be added to the dish.

Near the evening, a vegetable dish made with olive oil, garlic and onion, without roasting, 50-60 gr. It can be eaten with bread. You can also have yogurt on the side.
6th day: The same meals as on the 5th day (vegetable food, boiled rice, yogurt and salad) can be eaten. Bread and rice are not eaten on the same day, either rice or bread is eaten.
7-8. Day 6: Feed as on day 6. In addition, green beans with olive oil can be eaten.
9th day: Fish can be eaten additionally.
Day 10: Meat can be eaten. Warning: For 10 days after fasting, only the above should be eaten. Cheese, milk, salt, sugar, coffee, black tea, ready-made food and beverages should never be used.
