You and Alex are a great team. You really compliment each other and bring out the creative and professional best in each other. Great job guys. Just curious, would the UnderReach have worked in the case of the landing gear ????
Maybe trailers should carry pads like you use under the the rotator's outriggers. The trailer's landing gear has such a small footprint for the weight they have to support. Plus, as we've seen many times before, you never quite know how solid the surface is you're dropping the trailer down on... until it's too late!
We use those at my carrier, and it wouldn't have helped. This trailer was dropped quick and rough. The metal fatigue in the landing gear couldn't compensate.
Josh, one thing came to my mind, video presenting all these workers from Pepe`s who are with you on sites of recoveries, You know, rotator-operators, low-bed drivers, flatbed drivers, and not forgetting those who are doing cleanig site. Thinking I am not alone, wanting to see all these people too. And maybe not so bad idea to make short video of all of them to your website too. Give the face to all who are working for those unlucky drivers out there.
Hey Josh & Alex !! Great job !!! 👍👍👍👍👍 You could have turned ""HULK"" to be straight with the landing gear & used the under carriage to push the gear back too !! 🙃😉😊
Another difficult job completed successfully with a few new “tricks”. It would be interesting to know how many miles you walk in the course of a day setting everything up and then clearing up your gear when the job is finished?
Some dumb questions (uninformed). Your cables are always doubled with a snatch block. I know the physics but why to most other tow companies do not do this, why? The new truck seems to have a long wheel base. What is the purpose of this? Finaly that trick with the outrigger was really outstanding. Thanks for the video.
Nice Pete , I heard that Peter built was going to stop making the long nose trucks , any truth to that???, an heard you are getting a new truck , you have a theme for it ,like hulk.
So, been watching your channel for a couple months. Loved the content and drone footages. Actual subscibed /shared recently. My 4 grand boys love watching. I was disappointed about a recent video about Million Dollar Law Suite??? Calf BS or what
21:40 That angle grinder is a death trap (the one in the ground). Giant unguarded wheel, and it's also partially over the trigger where your fingers are
Always something I've never seen before, this time something I didn't know existed. Oddly, Suez was bought by Veolia, which is the company that bought out the recycling company the Trucker Dashcam Sweden works for. Small world.
Joshua you need to get Alex a step stool so he can reach the switches at the back of the compartment on big flipper that way he doesn't have to use a screwdriver LOL
That landing gear was only really designed to hold empty trailers . Using landing gear alone to support Loaded trailers is pushing your luck and trailers with liquid bulk is just asking for final destination trouble !
Bullshit. A dry van is rated structurally for a little over 60K lbs. Gross Weight on the tandem is 44K by law, so those landing gear have been ridden hard and put away wet for years.
@@PepesTowingService Is the purpose of the tri axle then to be used if you are towing an EXTREMELY HEAVY LOAD and need less weight per tiire. They must have some usage otherwise why would they be part of the Truck configuration.
Lmaoooo are you kidding me? This has to be a joke. Some people live such sheltered lives. Real life isn’t like the movies. Do you think the sparks are going to ignite that and blow up the yard?
@@PepesTowingService You are always VERY PROTECTIVE of your slings with "Wraps" so I assumed you wouldn't want sparks to hit the fabric of the slings. My BAD for thinking sparks may damage straps in such a way as not to your liking.
@@liamwindsor5854 The intention was by no means to be arrogant or a smart ass but simply curious why the straps this time around were not protected from any possible means of damage that has been a common practice in previous videos. Had the situation been that possibly a life was in danger then I can fully understand less time could be given to the actual care of the equipment.
@tallbrian100 do you know what these straps are made of? There’s being safe and there’s being extra af. We both know damn well there was zero danger here.
Use the underlift ? So you would get in the truck , turn and back up to it, then use the underlift. You just solved the same problem but with a ton of extra steps. How is that better
@@PepesTowingService true I try sove it but out riger was better idea and worked better what said true I trying think do it before idea but done job so all good 👍
I really can't believe you take credit for everything that is thought of by somehow else if it turns out well. It's a wonder your father has any employees left, or you any friends!!
Are you mental? I clearly did the job. How is 30k off the side too much for Hulk, have you ever seen any of my videos. These faceless haters are getting worse each week
