When I visited Taiwan back in 2003 I visited a rest stop and with God as my witness I saw this water flowing uphill. I have never been able to find out how this is even possible and if someone can tell me, please do. This is the video I took.

This is in Donghe Township near Dulan, Taitung County. If you do a Google search on "water flowing uphill in Taiwan," you will find some information about it. I took this video back in 2003 and only posted this video in 2022 after I had my video tapes digitized. If you go, the area might look a little different however if you do go, please take a level to see if it is indeed flowing uphill and let me know.
