While my son was visiting me, I took the time to buy enough groceries to last me until April. Now I need to preserve them. I demonstrate how to store root crops, such as potatoes and carrots, how to store apples long term without canning or freezing, and how to store mushrooms without dehydrating, as well as how to store eggs for months on the shelf.
