Good to see more details of Maruvan. Since the climate and soil are both harsh, looking forward to the team's progress in the future.

This is mind-blowing ! :) do you guys use native grasses near your water sources and surrounding land for ground cover/ source for animal feed ? The way the nature has come back is just phenomenal! Thank you for the amazing and meaningful work that you do! I have been seeing international projects that dig semicircular bunds in arid areas and plant native drought tolerant shrubs and ground covers to extend the water capture capacity from seasonal rain at scale, would that be something that makes sense in the ecology that you guys are working with? Just curious to learn :)

You should also plant trees along the banks of the canals and around your water storage lake this will provide some protecting from both erosion and evaporation.
