I ran a autospray machine for years as a young man at at water heater facility. First the wheelobrater sand blasted the tank then it's was rolled to my machine. The boom would move in and out and had 4 sprayers attached. We averaged 800 tanks in a normal day. Once I ran 1500, two shifts worth but that was extremely rare. I learned all kinds of tricks. Adjustments on boom speed, aligning the spray guns in different positions and tricking up some special nozzles. It would drive the other shift crazy but they was lazy and didn't want to work anyway. That's been a long time ago but I would still l8ke to visit that machine we had many a night in that autospray.
