if it is active sensor that generate current inside the nutrient solution. Won't it interfere the accuracy of the EC/pH sensor value? The optical distance sensor is better to me.

Awais Niazi, you may be better off using some other sensor than trying to physically modify this one. Check out pressure, sensors. If all fails, you can make your own using some thin wire.
why put the word calibration in the title if you aren't calibrating it? even worse, the "next" video where you want to show us how to calibrate it was never even made.
