Hi , im from Massachusetts. I love what you created. I dont know what you charge to prfrorm your work. I have 4 of these reels one Basically new in the box. Two in great shape one ok but the one i would be intrested in having work is a 2 speed version of these reels. I dont know if you still do this kind of work but i like what you've created .
I really am interested in this can you upgrade the drag any and whats the line captivity on something like that I can find a few of them reels that I might want you to build.
David Vinyard No just make sure you take the snap ring out on the front and it should pull out unless it’s one of my modified reels and then there is a set screw that holds the Bearing in
Take the rotor off , think It's 14 mm underneath its a collapse retainer clip .2 sides and main gear got to come off . their is a small screw the main shaft attached to the brass elbow .pull the shaft from the top & Wala .keep track of all the shims and whashers.
I don’t do those anymore however I do have that one that’s in the video with the blue handle I bought it back from the customer It was only used once and it has braid already on it
