@@-danREven worse, rust isn't even alive! It's more like the result of something found in abundance on our planet just _interacting_ with the material those Martian vessels are made of... What a huge design flaw in their vessels and ships!
I don't know who made this video or even why but my 8 year old autistic son loves it and it gives him so much peace and calm...so thank you to whoever thought of making a random collapsing water tower compilation, you the real MVP 👏🏾
Day something of quarantine: being disappointed they didn't have water in them because I'm hot and I need it experience the cold vicariously through the video

“This is Jake from State Farm, how can I help you?” “Yeah, do you know those water towers?” “What about them sir? Is this about insurance?” “Yeah, the uh... construction guys torched it wrong or something and it’s kinda... on my car”
Am I the only one who gets a bit sad watching these? That’s an entire generations work just being destroyed. I get it’s old but still... our fathers and grandparents put a lot of hard work into these things, and it shows by how sturdy they still are.

Roger Ramius Sergei Alexander Chiang MacClintock just a joke. But... the clip could have been shorter. Also, i wish they were filled with water, or shaving cream. Cuz why not??

Dale Rider. You harm water by dehydrating it. To undo this harm you simply take an amount of dehydrated water, add water and hey presto! You have unharmed water. Heh heh! :-)
Every small town in California should be building several of these. Fill them during the rainy season and just store the water for the fire season. No need to treat the water, it does not need to be potable, just use it for fire fighting.
California has 58 counties and contains 482 cities/towns. They would need several thousand yes, millions no. A few hundred in the most vulnerable places would be a good start.. Or your plan, just let them burn. Did you watch the news?, fire crews just standing there watching houses burn because they had no water. California has 37 million people, if you built 1M of these it would be one for every 37 citizens of the state. You say they need MILLIONS, what do you want one per household? Who's the idiot?
+Lumibear Cement and steel are wonderful long lasting materials. My grandfather's home was concrete block and roof was cement tile. Damn near right on the ocean in Stuart Florida. In 50 years it never had more than minor mostly cosmetic damage while other homes around his were practically flattened. Yea, if you are going to live in a fire prone area, do not build your house out of fire fuel.
@@leahsmith4426 I live in Jasper in Deep East Texas, less than one hour drive to the state line with Louisiana and we have two water towers, one by the state prison and one by the high school.
You know you live in Texas when a twister wipes a truck stop off the map but leaves a leaning water tower for a roadside atraction a short dictance from cadalac henge.
Astonishing! Simply astonishing! I had absolutely NO idea there was ever a need to demolish them, much less so many or how it was done. Quite a show! Thanks! I enjoyed watching 😀
Near where I work there was an old black water tower used as an advertising sign for a public parking lot. One day it vanished; no idea why they had to remove it.
I'll miss the old school water towers. The smaller pointy ones seen all over small town America, and those larger, more round towers seen on military bases a lot. Once they're all pulled down, nothin' but memories.
