Noah Van Vooren, a senior at a Little Chute, Wisconsin high school put on a helmet and pads at his school's final home game of the season and ran the football into the end zone
@George Kittle Is The Goat firstly all this was a joke and secondly that’s what I mean, when the offensive lineman landed on a guy that was already down😂
@@joefitzgerald2762 But do you have down syndrome? Look, maybe you'd be pissed but this kid never had a touchdown and i bet you he wanted one. Its still beautiful and he DEFINITELY didnt care. Common sense.
“I run touchdown. I’ve done good!” My heart is melting. What a good kid. Honestly, most kids with Down syndrome or something similar get treated like this by their teammates. But honestly, these kids are always just so chill and nice and friendly. He is one of the bros!
its in the video he did make a touchdown. its football so its a team sport, there are always people who will go to make a block to help their runner make the touch down
Making him score touchdown is a symbol of solidarity for his hardships in life and to make fun of such person shows how sad your life is. You never know what may happen to you tomorrow
I understand why someone would dislike this. People these days are always looking for that tear jerking moment. That heart felt overly dramatic random occurrence that brings women to tears. And when they cannot get enough of these moments, that occur naturally, they set out to forcefully create one. And when it's forcefully created it loses it's flair. In fact when forcefully created it's downright emotional manipulation. Like a bad commercial for some charity designed solely to make idiots to feel bad and open their wallet. I'm not saying there's something wrong with charity but the sad music and exploiting children or animals suffering to manipulate people is really wrong. There's enough fake, disingenuous, pretentious crap out there for us to suck on, people need to stop making more.
It's amazing to me that every time a kid with Down Syndrome gets the ball they score a touchdown. If I'm a high school football coach, I am only picking kids with Down Syndrome. State champs!!!
NDforLife5Teo boi I also have an autistic kid on my team ( I'm the captain btw) and he has a lot of agreesikn but he uses it on his teammates instead of other team, I play varsity
“People like this”? You can’t even show them enough respect to give them an identity. The mentally disabled are well respected and loved. Everyone knows how challenging life is for them and their families. This whole community respected this man enough to come together and let him be the hero. Its very common for communities to make unnecessary efforts for their members with challenges. I’ve participated at the special Olympics since 2003 and the amount of support and respect these kids get is amazing.
Total inspiration. Children with special needs shouldn't be left out. Ain't nothing better to hear your home crowd cheer and scream just like his moment. Awesome
This guy lives next door to my cousin. That's my uncle far left in the first shot, black sweatshirt. Noah is always good for a smile, and full of optimism. Great guy.
LMAO, bro that just made my day... and yes, Kanye's bitch a** probably WOULD have tackled the kid. That's why people need to stop buying his music and shoes. If people stop giving him money then he won't be popular anymore. it's fucking was that such a douche like Kanye represents this generation of teenagers and young adults. People OUR age made this f*cking clown famous... ok rant over, lol. I f*cking hate that guy for real though.
This is absolutely amazing! To see the entire team and opposing team all come together like this is truly how it should be! This made this guy happier than anyone on the planet no doubt......and he deserved it! God bless this young man.
He made it to the NFL. Look him up he is the Brown's 2nd string running back. He already has 170 rushing yards per game and is a possible hall of hall of famer next to brady.
Mr. Edwards I just don’t understand why they have to make such a big deal with these kinds of acts of kindness. I understand they want to do a nice thing but if he was my son I would not want this for him. I believe shit like this is making our society a bunch of sensitive pussies
Because he wanted to play football! What if he never has a date and they still feel bad for him then? What about marriage? What will they do for him then??
I love how he came out onto the field under a chorus of enthusiastic cheers . . . and he works the crowd! That made me chuckle. You can't not love that!
Come on admit it. It would have been hilarious if one of the guys on defense decided not to go along with everybody else and came out of nowhere and knocked him so hard to the ground his helmet came flying off.
Well played Noah.I'm a massive American Football 🏈 fan living in Northern Ireland. When I get a bit down in life and sometimes wish that American Football wasn't such a minority sport in Northern Ireland videos like this one makes me appreciate what I have in life. Heck Noah's touchdown reminds me of the only touchdown I ever scored in a DV8( an 8 a side version of Football)game in my early thirties when I played tightend. I usually played right tackle in 11 a side. God bless you Noah.🙏
Its good to see such kindness and it makes me remember that the world isn't as bad as it seems now if we can get the rest of the world to be this caring and kind
Winner in what sense? "Winning" in life equals being and to live a happy life. In the small time we are given in this existence we struggle to fulfill our goals of happiness. Everyone have their own personal notion of what happiness really is and everyone chase after it. These people gave this kid happiness, that's actually all that matters and absolutely nothing else! In the game of life, we all "lose" in the end. All that matters is how fulfilling the ride was.
Every single person that said something mean about this person you do not have a heart. You don't know what it's like to a have a personal with Down syndrome around. They will make you happy even if you're having a bad day. I know cause my brother has Down syndrome. People these days don't have a heart.
***** Ok dumb fuck try reading what I said. I never said anything about being above people with disabilities. I was saying that people who dislike this wonderful person with Downs, they don't have a heart. And my brother has Down syndrome and he always knows how to make people smile including me. So again try re-reading what I said.
That was Al Bundy in the city championship 🏆 game when he scored 4 touchdowns in a single game against Jefferson highschool and scored the final game winning touchdown against his arch nemesis... Bubba"Spare Tire" Dixon.
When I was in high school during basketball season I arrived at the school gym early to watch the girls team play and there was a girl that had Downs Syndrome on the team named Hannah and she had never scored a basket through two years of being on the team. Anyways the girls team for my high school were only a head by 6 with like 1:00 min left so unexpectedly the coach put Hannah in and out of no where she just started scoring and ended up with 12 points and once the game was over the kind of atmosphere in the gym with every single person chanting Hannah and even the a way fans started chanting was absolutely an incredible feeling and also I have been out of high school for four years and the image of Hannah smiling ear to ear has never left my memory and it goes down as one of the most memorable moments I had in highschool. You can see videos about similar events but to be there and to personally see it and to feel the happiness and proudness in the gym is amazing.
Love seeing a story like this, bravo to the opponent for having the class to allow this to happen. Us more fortunate folk will never be able to know how happy this moment was for this lad, great stuff from all involved.
No shit. I put this on my mothers life. This almost identical thing happened at my high school. The other team had a special needs player in full pads and what not and they were gonna let him run the ball for a TD, only my friend Derek wasnt in the huddle on D when they said they were gonna do it and he full on tackled a special needs kid and the crowd was dead silent and i was laughing so hard i thought my lungs were gonna explode. The guy was totally fine, he ended up running it in on the next play. But that that story still makes me laugh to this day ahahahahha
ustody, as Norman is thinking] It's sad, when a mother has to speak the words that condemn her own son. But I couldn't allow them to believe that I would commit murder. They'll put him away now, as I should have years ago. He was always bad, and in the end he intended to tell them I killed those girls and that man... as if I could do anything but just sit and stare, like one of his stuffed birds. They know I can't move a finger, and I won't. I'll just sit here and be quiet, just in case they do... suspect me. They're probably watching me. Well, let them. Let them see what kind of a person I am. I'm not even going to swat that fly. I hope they are watching... they'll see. They'll see and they'll know, and they'll say, "Why, she wouldn't even harm a fly..."🙂
Actually, they can live long, rewarding lives. The majority of these kids have access to good doctors and get the procedures that they need to live a very long time.
John Smith If I have a son with Down Syndrome its either (a) being aborted (b) being put up for adoption (c) I'll kill it They're useless wastes of resources. Scientists are always saying we're running out of natural resources and food, how about kill off these retards who will amount to nothing and just waste the things.
Way to go, Noah!!!! You're a superstar! What a wonderful personality, AND a STAR ATHLETE? And not only that, but it's so clear your team is very thankful for the hard work you do, keeping them hydrated so they can do their best. Not only do you keep them hydrated and going, but you're their secret weapon, with those skills! Stay just as wonderful as you already are. You've got a blindingly bright future ahead of you, and it's all because you're you, and you're wonderful. Here I am, all the way in Florida, cheering you on! And so is the whole world!
