Thanks for watching. Today I’m painting from a photo of myself in my garden. I wanted to paint outside, but it’s just too hot. My paints would dry before the brush hit the page. So I’m working from a photo taken by my wildlife camera, which I set out to capture images of the bunnies, squirrels, deer, skunks, and raccoons, that could threaten my young plants.
I’m working with my Windsor & Newton field box, a tiny unfolding travel pallet, which I have taken out on many painting trips.
