Hi everyone, in this tutorial I’m focusing on a simple early morning seascape. I don't have any reference for this painting and just inventing as I go, but it’s a very typical composition of two boats with some mountains in the background, mist in the air and glowing early morning sky. I go over major stages of painting and explaining my colour choices.
In this demonstration I am using:
Paper: 300GSM 100% Cotton Saunders Waterford Rough
Brushes:
• 20mm flat synthetic,
• 10mm Dainayw Squirrel Mop #5
• #12 Perla
• #1 Black Velvet Script Brush
Paints: Winsor Newton, Daniel Smith and Holbein
