Thanks for your most informative videos. I love your teaching skills and your artwork thanks for sharing. The last piece you held up was amazing. Your compositions are awesome.
Beautiful effects. Concerning the stick. So using the stick you have less control and yet more interesting lines. In that case my feet might be able to paint masterpieces. Love your work.
Your videos are excellent, love them. Really like your explanations of what you are doing. I am just exploring yupo paper so I am so enjoying your videos. Keep making them
Thank you for this video. I’m trying to find someone who is actually experienced with yupo to send a video to a friend. So many just seem to be filming as they are learning. So annoying. Thank you!
@navadesigns I use gloss clear spray, like Krylon or Blair and apply several coats. I've had several paintings damaged before I started applying fixative - but now I know better!
I discovered Yupo paper a couple of days ago, and decided to order some for a project I'm working on. I like the effects that you can do on it, and I like that paint can be wiped away. However, I'm concerned about the media accidentally rubbing off if I rub up against it, or something comes into contact with it. Do you use any type of protective spray or clear medium after you complete a painting?
Beautiful. I really enjoy your work. I'm curious to see what you would do with Alcohol Ink on Yupo. I think it would be stunning. Can you use granulating medium with Alcohol Inks or possibly Bamboo India Ink from Dr. Martin's as a stand alone medium with this technique?
The work looks very nice but hard to visualize watching the process upside down or from a distance from the side--also I'm watching on a laptop with poor audio so it is difficult to understand what's being said. Maybe it'll get better over time.
Thanks for posting, love the way you create all this effect. Also love the painting that you showed at the end. Do you have a demo for that one? Thanks again, you are awesome, post more.
