Thank you so very much for sharing your techniques and knowledge, Clara. You have such a steady, organized and nicely paced presentation. As a beginner, I truly appreciate your style!
Thank you for your kind words Marsha Kaforey. Remember, to view my videos at least twice, to understand why I use the tools I use, and you'll be fine. I am pleased that you are trying this technique, and wish you well. Contact me with any concerns or questions that you may have, at clara@claradesigns.com All the best!
Good Morning Mariana Mejia, thanks for your question. Once the piece is DRY, the colour/s that you are using to ‘overpaint’ will NOT ‘bleed’ or ‘run’. This is because, the silk fibers have absorbed the silk colour; that is, have become a part of the silk fibers, and since dry, little or no bleeding occurs. Hope this helps! Enjoy experimenting!🖌✨ Send photos of your work, to clara@claradesigns.com
Good Morning Anjani Lamba, Thanks for your interest in a course. (I am based in New Jersey, USA.) At this point in time, I am not able to do a course, but I am still looking into the logistics of having one. Hence my reason for doing these instructional silk painting RU-vid videos. Go ahead and check on my other 16 videos. Please send me any questions or concerns that you may have, and remember to READ the labels on the silk paints or silk dyes carefully, as to how they should be 'heat set'. All the best!
