I use the classic watercolour technique of working from the lightest lights to the darkest darks, in this watercolour portrait demonstration, to show how you can apply it to any subject to create volume and depth.
Colours used: Cadmium Red, Burnt Sienna and Yellow Ochre, Permanent Rose, Ultramarine, Cobalt Blue and Neutral Tint.
Paper: Saunders Waterford 300g rough white watercolour paper.
