If you’re planning an Ecuadorian adventure, you’d be crazy not to place Mindo near the top of your “must-see” list!
Our adventures started out a little rough as we did not take the “you have to have small bills” and “cash is king” truths of Ecuador seriously enough.
Thankfully, we found an amaze-balls tour company that took credit cards (for a fee, but we didn’t care).
They put together a kick ass package that included:

Cable car and waterfall sanctuary-where we stupidly walked to ALL 7 waterfalls because we forgot we’re in our 40’s and had FOMO

We are Matt and Kate, your average, middle-aged, and free thinking couple who surrendered to a limitless universe and chose to turn our status-quo lives upside down to see where the pieces fall...in Ecuador.
This is our real-time deconditioning out of the lives we thought we were "supposed" to live and into lives lived in accordance with our Human Design.
We meditate, practice yoga, help others, and self-reflect. We know that if we want our outer experience to change we must first change ourselves.
We are refining our Flynnosophy-as we keep what serves from spiritual and mystical traditions (along with recovery from alcoholism) and allow the rest to fall away.
