Don't fall victim to GAS! Possibly the world's greatest yet underecognised mental illness. You can play this music on any electric guitar and achieve a bright clear tone too. I play country chicken pickin on my Gibson SG and use my Tele for down tuned rock chugging.

@@ironfront9573 could I get this "midwest emo" tone on a strato? I want to get a guitar next year and I was thinking about getting a Tele, since that's the one everyone uses, but I guess a Strato has more options of sound

You ever get that feeling where you know you've wanted to write a part that sounds a certain way, but never figure it out, then hear someone else absolutely nail it? That's the chorus of this, sounds amazing! Also is there a full band version of this? Cause I'd love to hear this be a mountains track

I thought this song would be relatively simple in all the parts that I didn't expect to be hard. Pre-chorus and chorus I thought would be hardest, but damn that intro, and the post chorus are throwing me through a looooop Respect, Steve. And great song.

Tbh, I love these solo vids/songs. You have a way with singing through your guitar, Steve. It has a special charm to it, imo. Not to say I wouldn't like to hear a talented drummer and bassist hop on this to see what they cook up. Musical artists are such sights to behold and provide the world with a much needed service. I have one quick question that I hope isn’t too stupid, but does this mean we can’t use the opening riff you showed us in one of your “Steal this chord progression” videos? I made a song with lyrics using that riff for the verses a long time ago, and now as I’m preparing to release it officially, I noticed you used it for your own official song, and I would hate to infringe or copyright in any way.
