I really wish we could've got at least 1 album out of Zachs time with Wavves. It is so crazy how well their styles complimented eachother at this time.
for the longest time this was one of those songs i always just waited to listen to that way i’d still have something to discover of his and im both really glad and upset i waited this long but cant begin to explain how euphoric it is to experience something from this era of wavves again for the first time.

Wavves used to have such great music and an equally excellent aesthetic. Sadly as they gained more and more popularity they ended up pulling a Weezer and continuously chased success after they dropped King of the Beach. That same popularity chasing ending up them losing this really unique super duper psyched out look and sound for their music videos and music.
Yeah but it really worked in the long run for Nathan. I see where you’re coming from but you seem to think Nathan was only ever one genre based as to where his expansion gained him immense fame. I love his early stuff the most but to my surprise my friends who listen to this genre less they love the new sounds in the album V (2015).
@@SeagullSmith yea wavves new stuff still cool people just gotta be more open to it yea sucks they outgrew this sound but if he played a song from log of the beach and a song from you’re welcome both on acoustic guitar they wouldn’t really be that much different ..
@@kodyplithakis4498 hell yah! I’ve never hated You’re Welcome even tho Nathan himself has memed about his disapproval of the album. Live n ya learn the shit slaps regardless my only thought is he cares too much about opinions he hears. Hard not to in this age when he’s on social media, I would be too.
