That was a very good documentary, thanks for uploading. It'll be interesting to see where things go now that tiny highly mobile drones are becoming more prevalent.
Obviously this combat didn’t exactly “prove” the invincibility of Abram’s beyond ridiculously over powered situations. Peer to peer? Not so much. Propagandaaaaa
For example, you have to ignore drones and assume air superiority for many of the claims made about how great an Abram’s is. It’s a badass machine don’t get me wrong.
The Sherman was fatser then then the t34 wasn't it and could fire on the move with the gyro stabilized gun. Gun was only better on t34 and the Sherman didn't have the Christy early version of torsion bar suspension
Instead of these staged tank duel action shots from the inside- it’s so scripted- I want to see what they are all like when the commander actually says “tanks” and means it, it a battle situation. Why no shots like that?
And i know from childhood that our jet tank engine is the last known scene the 80 so i put in is it normal to get contradicting answers and it said yes what a waste of money and time national geographic right answer everytime
Oh come on, that's a bit of an, uninformed comment. Yes when first introduced to us in the Azerbaijan/Armenia conflict militaries have caught up and anti drone systems developed. Lessons have been learned in Ukraine, where Ukraine used/is using drones to great effect, but every use allows the opposition to develope better defences. Watch The Chieftan's excellent video on why the demise of the tank isn't imminent.
A bit of a mixed bag this video. Technically very good, but some of the narration and imagery is poor: he introduced the Tiger but shows photos of King & Jagd Tigers and Jagd Panther. Later he does show The Tiger but this sort of thing damages credibility.
Ragging bull tank concept design all granite and the most powerful tankengine jet tank engine 4 of them a bohemith of a tank can crush city s at break neck speed
