They’re the worst. You wait on the phone for 15 minutes to get a rep. Then they make you wait for snail mail. Then you snail mail back. Then they deny you anyway. I never had an issue until I called customer support. Then magically my card had fraud charges. I think a customer rep is stealing card info.

I never recommend trying to talk to them on the phone. If they still have not refunded your money, you can call my office to discuss your rights. 251.272.9148.

To anyone that is trying to get in contact to customer service with the way2go card I figured it out when you dial the number and they ask you to put in your last four numbers of your card then it asks you for your PIN number let the voice automated system go through without pressing any thing two times after the second time it will link you to a customer service rep you can take me later don't forget don't press anything when it's going through the prompt just let it play out twice

I'm not getting false charges, but my password keeps being rejected to login to the website, even after I have reset it. And just now, a TOTALLY bizarre thing happened. I decided to just call the number on the back of the card, to hear my balance. Well, I dialed it and listened, and before there was even one ring, I heard what sounded like a recording of static (not actual cellular interference of any kind), and a female voice saying, "I'm sorry, can you hear me okay?" --Now that is a very common robo call scam tactic; asking if you can hear the "person" gets you to say "yes", then they have a recording of you saying yes, and use it to commit fraud against you, like you approved of charges or whatever. So I immediately hung up. And then I called again and it worked just fine, the normal lady voice recording, and she gave my balance and recent purchase amounts. What I don't get is that first one. Mind you, this was not a call TO me, but to the Go Program. I even checked the Recents on my phone, and I definitely dialed the right number, same as the second time. I don't suppose the video creator or anyone else will see this soon, so I don't know if posting here is going to get me any answers. But if anyone's keeping track, something very weird is going on with Go Program.

Hello, this WAY2GO company is just as bad as the overseas people what hacked into my account. I only use the monies on this card when my daughter needs something for my grandsons - i had the previous co for years w/o issue. This card had monthly charges deducted every month under a different business for the same amount but yet they refused my claim. The last debit was done Sept 21 and I called Oct 2…..but yet they said I didn’t call within a 60 day time period so my claim was denied. How is that legal? Mr Judson I called and left a message for you in hopes that you can assist me or point me in the right direction.

My account balance is supposed to be almost $2000 and it says I haven't made any purchases ever but somehow I only have $38 available. The app literally has an account of almost $2000 in deposits but I have $40 available????

They are required to send you statements monthly, unless you've opted in to receive them electronically. If they have not, you can write them a letter demanding copies of all statements for the months where money went missing. They have to respond within 14 days.

The same thing happened to my mom they took over $600 from her and we can't even get a live person on the phone every number that is listed on the internet sends us to a different state but it says the same prompt I do not know how to get in touch with customer service in order to help retrieve her funds all she did was activate a new card that was sent to her.

Have you tried writing them a letter? That is often a far better way to get their attention.

Somebody said call customer service and let the automated voice run through TWICE and don't press ANYTHING. And that should get you a real person

I have money on my card but everytime I go try to take money off it keeps saying that I went over the daily amount when I have not got any money off this card can't get in contact with customer service the number that they say call only have the robot talking to you never can get in contact with customer service do anybody have any answer to this I need to get my money off things are tough out here

its a 500 daily withdraw limit, So if the atm charges 2.00 you over the 500.00 so realistically its 480 withdraw limit, unless you find an atm that lets you withdraw 10.00 then its a 490 limit

They have made access to the fund's in my account impossible for me. I have requested a new card twice an set up a new pin with child support. They have never sent me a new card. I finally went back to paper checks but the money they have kept from me for a year now still sits there unattainable to me. What can I do?

Did you write a letter like I recommend in the video? If you've already written them a letter telling them what they've done wrong and they have refused to fix it, then you need to talk to a lawyer.

Based on my conversations with my past clients, speaking to them on the phone is an exercise in frustration. I always recommend sending disputes by letter.

I called the number on the back of the card and spoke with a representative. They submitted a request to find out why I keep getting notifications that my card is locked/unlocked even after I have changed my password twice.

Who do I call? They have take a ton of my child support and gave me the run around and they gave me such a hard time. Someone in another state somehow used my card minutes before I paid for dinner one night. They also decline my card when I have the money in there so they can get the fee and I have to run it again one ore two times until it is approved! I would love to know who I should call bee we cause they are not helpful at all!

Calling a bank can often be a huge waste of time. You should strongly consider sending your dispute to them in writing.

@@JudsonECrumpPC I did and they denied my claim and said the two McDonald’s in Pennsylvania (I’m in Kansas) would give them the money back. Then they would put me on hold for hours and then just hang up on me. This is after all the paperwork. I actually bought dinner in Kansas shortly after on of the transactions.
