Hello sir I want to know more info about recruitment. Kya ye target base hote hai. Kya candidates ko different sources se hire karna mushkil hai ??? Day to day mrng to evng recruiter ka work kya hota hai I wanna know.
Mai yhi kr rhi.. simply agr ache recruiter bnna cahte ho to tumhe kuch social media jaise "linkedin" "internshala" "naukri.com" "monster.com" etc. K knowledge hona cahiy kyuki yhi s tumhe dedicated candidate milenge...waise kaam to koi easy ni hota..tumhe resume dekhna prega y judge krna prega ki y Candidate eligible hai ki ni mere company k liy, interview bhi lena prega..
Sir i just need a small advice, i am hr recruiter with 2 years of work ex and now i want to change my domain. I want to do a new start as a fresher, should i mention my experience in resume for fresher role in another domain ?
