Thank you for the ideas. You use them well. I am still trying to collect some lace and pretty fabric. Just a tiny bit at a time. I seem to use it up faster than I can get some. Love your pretty florals.

Ooh I basically start with a length of fabric or wide ribbon. Then I layer on top scraps of fabric so they're overlapping. Then I sew straight down the middle along the ribbon or strip of fabric. I'll see if I can show the process in a video
