@@yoongyus right ,its LAR-live all recorded to keep the performance cohesive, at this point i feel like when idols have choreo, most of the time they just mime or sing some parts over backing track and you can hear their live vocals mostly in ballads and acapella, NCT has great vocalists, but here its obviously not live. In LAR they sneakily record them singing taking breaths to make it believable its hard for me to find live performances with choreo nowadays tbf

I saw the behind the scenes of their dance practice and it only looks chill cuz they were executing it right. They adjust the flavor of their dance accordingly. Many idols in the industry would not have enough skills to make it look as playful and as easy.

@ALC2271 that's not the original track, but it def was recorded again apart from the performance, the sound is just too clear& no backing vocals. During live stages there're usually two voices you can hear simultaneously, one of which is a backing vocal (or original track) and the second one is them singing live, it's done this way to make the song feel more powerful (or voluminous if I may say so) to the crowd. And that's how almost every singer does it (obv apart from opera singers)

@@rizfz4315 Mr removed videos aren't reliable, I've watched more than one where there's the idol's voice but the mouth is closed or the mic is not where is supposed to be. This is clearly not live, as the majority of SM artists' performances. I don't understand why SM has this policy, they have some of the best vocalists in the industry which in other circumstances have shown they can sing live amazingly... Don't know why they don't let them sing live in music shows.
