After re-watching the final episode I came to this conclusion: Wazukyan saw everything that would happen beforehand and manipulated everyone to get the events to play out how he wanted. He knew about the curse, he knew the water had parasite eggs, he knew they couldn't leave the 6th Layer, he knew exactly what the Cradles of Desire would do to Irumyuui, he knew Faputa would be born, and he knew she needed to hate the villagers and destroy the village so that she would leave to continue down the Abyss (creating the bridge that would lead Turbinid-Dragons inside the village). That "accumulation" he talks about was his end goal, and that was Faputa the entire time. He could have prevented so much suffering and death, but he didn't and instead steered into it because that's what needed to happen to create his transcended being able to continue the Ganja Squad's journey down the Abyss... It all makes sense now! I can't wait for season 3 whenever that may be.
Him eating raw bugs in the first episode wich he claims to prevents disease also supports this theory. He was never hesitant to drink the water or was seen sick.
