The belief that Trump is a Christian is unfounded. His comments regarding repentance for instance, where he stated that he doesn't remember ever asking God for forgiveness. Such a statement doesn't flow out of a grateful, submitted, and repentant heart, a wretched sinner, saved by the immeasurable grace of God, and a life showing the outgrowth of absolute dependence on Christ. No testimony, no statement of faith, and no proclamation of the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is the leader of our nation who maintains the bully pulpit to encourage the mightiest nation to have existed on planet earth if not for the Israelites when they put their faith in the Lord. Where is the proof of a regenerated man? It grieves every believers spirit to hear him speak on the murder of any baby. There is nothing more disturbing than to threaten the life of the weakest people among us or to agree with the termination of any child because their parent(s) committed a crime. Did we not learn that two wrongs don't make a right?
