Watched this as well when it was being streamed as well, so infuriating to see WBG still losing. Let's hope Persica catches a break from the constant chasing soon xD, I do love how her *entire* team was there trying to get her from dying, you just *know* that whenever that happens in a tourney that team will lose regardless. Still, WBG has turned to be one of my favorite teams as of now, and Persica my favorite player. Excited to see more of them soon.
People are probably testing the waters with her, gauging her competency and her play style seeing that she's new. Obviously there's some typical kiting strategies that everyone uses but there are more small details that are noticeable in each players style of kiting
Persica did good but would’ve survived until pop if she looked behind her more. Especially when barmaid was following in factory, she could’ve stayed in factory and allowed barmaid to body block the doorway That was amazing support tho and super rebound for what should’ve been an early confirmed kill. Priestess is risky on arms despite being an S tier survivor
Oh if u watch prev years' IVL, newbies who arent using rescuer usually will get chased first, regardless of their gender. In prev years, in some cases, even if newbie was using rescuer they got chased first too (bcs it was obvious theyre kinda bad at kiting, worse than persica 🤣)
@@Westt_44 it’s because she’s a new player. And her normally used characters are kiters, which are designed to kite. Persica’s kiting skill is not bad, she lacks experience when facing old hunters (like Nie from Gr)
