My respect for ravi shastri has reached new heights. He was an amazing coach, a mood liter and a big motivator. Indian bowling was different in his era. This bowling line up looks defeatist. Shami arshdeep and umran would have been playing and yuzi chahal/bishnoi was best. The australian tour is prime example of coach success. We Indians have inflated egos and pride. There was too much media hype before the match. Our media was too exuberant, loud and the coverage was vast whereas our counterpart was lying low. They were covering more important and pressing issues. We were over confident for the finals vs Pakistan.

If you remember 5th t20I decider at AHEMDABAD last year when England visited India. India scored 224 while batting first , Kohli & Rohit opened and thrashed Mark Wood , Jofra Archer , Rashid all around the park. Here in Adelaide , which is a shorter ground and has a better pitch as compared to Ahemdabad + England did not had express pace of Wood & Archer still they completely went numb which shows that the skill set is not the issue with Rohit, Rahul, Virat but the issue is they have a fear of failure , they dont have that winning mentality. They can hit sixes but they get choke by the occasion. These 3 need to go.
